Formation Rule
Formed when there are no planets (excluding Sun, Rahu, and Ketu) in the 2nd and 12th houses from the Moon. However, if any planet occupies a Kendra from the Lagna or Moon, Kemdrum Bhanga (cancellation) occurs.
